ESI-MS detection of mAb Tryptic Digest standard with a small-footprint ion trap mass spectrometer
The MT Explorer 30 portable mass spectrometer effectively detected tryptic peptides derived from an mAb antibody sample, showcasing its capability for peptide analysis and by extension, protein analysis, highlighting the potential applications for analysis of protein digests, including antibody characterization, biopharmaceutical quality control, and point-of-care diagnostics.
Tandem MS analysis of explosives, drugs, pesticides and chemical warfare simulants using Direct Sampling Atmospheric Pressure (DSAP) source with APCI and sESI coupled to MT Explorer 30 Mass Spectrometer
The MT Explorer 30 (MTE30) miniature mass spectrometer is suited to both labbased and remote analysis. With a compact
footprint and powerful tandem MS capabilities, it delivers rapid, confirmatory detection for diverse applications, including
forensic science and peptide studies.
Small Footprint Analysis: Advancing Peptide Characterization with a Miniature Portable Mass Spectrometer and HPLC system
The MT Explorer 30 (MTE 30) delivers powerful mass analysis in a compact format for laboratory and field environments. Equipped with tandem MS capabilities, the MTE 30 enables fast and reliable detection across a range of applications, made even more analytically robust when hyphenated to a fully portable HPLC system.
A miniaturized mass spectrometer with a zero-dead-volume micro-ESI ion source, integrated with a compact HPLC system, enables peptide detection with minimal space, resource, and sample requirements. This approach offers a practical alternative for portable and on-site analysis.
